Masía en Castell d’Aro

Location: Castillo de Aro - Spain

Client: Privado

Year: 2026

This project involves the construction of two semi-detached properties on a plot where a traditional Catalan masia already existed. The intervention takes place in a previously unused area of the site, optimizing its potential while preserving the balance and character of the overall ensemble.

Each dwelling features an independent entrance and a private swimming pool, ensuring both autonomy and privacy. The architectural design follows the formal, material, and volumetric principles of the local architecture, allowing the new buildings to integrate harmoniously with the existing masia and the surrounding landscape.

The proposal maintains the aesthetic coherence of the setting, respecting the identity of the place while reinforcing its Mediterranean character.
