This project proposes a new geriatric residence in Platja d’Aro, designed to blend naturally with its surroundings through a calm, low-rise architectural language inspired by traditional Mediterranean buildings. Natural stone, pitched roofs, and landscaped outdoor spaces define a proposal that combines local character with contemporary care standards.

The layout prioritizes comfort, accessibility, natural light, and a close relationship with the outdoors, creating a warm and human-scale environment focused on well-being.
